At Twig & Feather, we do a little happy dance whenever we receive an order, in fact it is usually just me, so thankfully no one sees my silly dance.

We take great pride in sourcing and making high quality items, and take care to pack your purchase with loving attention.

As part of our commitment to the environment, and to reduce waste going to landfill, we re-use packaging that was sent to us, so you may find your purchase packaged in a box that has a different label on it and has padding to protect your item that once protected other items that were sent to us. Feel free to re-use the packaging yourself next time you send something to a friend.

If you would like your item gift wrapped, please send us a message with your order detailing which ones you would like gift wrapped. We use recycled kraft paper for wrapping and either jute twine or cotton string to complete the look.

As it is usually just me here, please allow a few days for the parcel to be sent out in case I’m away from the shop for a couple of days as I take time out for my family or for any medical appointments, grocery shopping days etc. I will however try to get the parcel sent out to you as soon as I can.

We use Australia Post for all postage, and as we are in a rural area (Cobargo NSW), please allow additional days for your parcel to arrive.
