This heat pack is safe alternative to a hot water bottle! No chance of leaks or burns from boiling water! Filled with heatable/chillable silicon beads the heat packs are completely odour free and can be used as a hot or cold pack.

Simply warm heat pack in microwave for 2 minutes and place on aching muscles effective relief. You can even enhance it’s benefits by adding a few drops of essential oil, such as lavender, eucalyptus or peppermint, on the heated pack.

Care Instructions

• Follow instructions on the label for heating or cooling
• Microwave or freezer use only (do not heat in electric or gas oven)
• Not suitable for flatbed microwaves.
• Heat on clean, dry plate in rotating turntable microwave ovens only.
• Do not allow heat pillow to come into contact with any food residue, cooking oils, grease, butter etc.
• Spot clean
• Drip dry if needed
